My life has been shaped by resilience, reflection, and a deep belief in the power of connection. What I lived through and the healing that followed led me to create a space where women can feel seen, heard, and supported.
The Day Everything Changed
My story didn’t begin with one moment. It began with a pattern I didn’t have words for yet.
Like many women, I found myself in a relationship that chipped away at my confidence, my judgment, and my sense of self. I questioned my decisions. I questioned myself. And for a long time, I carried the weight of that quietly and alone.
Faith became the thread that held me together when I didn’t have the strength to hold myself. It didn’t remove the fear or the trauma. But it kept me moving forward when I had every reason to stop.
What Grew From It
Healing didn’t happen all at once. And it didn’t happen in silence.
Over time, through survival, through faith, and through finally allowing myself to be honest, I began to find my voice again. That journey, through dating abuse, through fear, through a night in 2012 that changed everything, and through the long quiet road of recovery, is what shaped everything I do today.
It’s why I listen the way I do. And it’s why The Healing in Sharing exists.
