Meet Jen
Jen’s work is rooted in lived experience, deep listening, reflection, and the belief that something powerful happens when women feel safe enough to be honest.
After surviving betrayal, abuse, armed robbery, and other life-changing experiences, Jen began using her story not as the destination, but as a doorway into conversations about resilience, awareness, trust, connection, and the strength we often discover along the way.
Her speaking style is warm, conversational, and engaging. She combines storytelling, practical insight, reflection, and audience participation so women aren’t simply listening to a presentation, they’re part of the experience.

Speaking Experiences
August 2026
Go-Getter Girl Luncheon, I shared how a selfie, a pair of feet, and an unsettling elevator encounter became a powerful lesson in situational awareness. Through this real-life story, I encouraged women to trust their instincts, notice the small details, and speak up when something feels off.

Situational awareness is not a conversation we have once; it is one we must continue. Invite me to bring this important conversation to your organization, community, or event.
June 2026
A man I barely knew followed me at a conference. At first, I questioned myself. Was I being dramatic? Was I overthinking it? Then he forced himself into the elevator with me and asked, “Did you have a restful evening?” That moment stayed with me.
In this presentation, I share the real story of a creepy encounter that taught me valuable lessons about situational awareness, trusting your instincts, speaking up, and paying attention to the small details that can change everything.
This message is especially for women who have ever ignored a gut feeling, talked themselves out of discomfort, or wondered if they were “overreacting.” You are allowed to notice. You are allowed to trust yourself. You are allowed to speak up. Situational awareness isn’t just about what you know, it’s about what we know together. Sharing is empowering.

At the Greater Palm Bay Chamber Women’s Luncheon, I was honored to share the stage with a remarkable panel of experts at this sold-out event. It gave me another opportunity to share my “creepy guy” story and emphasize the importance of situational awareness.
